📋 Description

• Analyze customer requirements for software components, system availability, security, and performance • Design and document complete cloud hosting systems, including capacity planning, instance selection, allocation, and network design • Estimate costs of recommended system designs • Build systems through installation, configuration, and testing of cloud resources • Use automation and configuration management to ensure repeatability and traceability of changes • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and operating systems • Protect system integrity and security through controls and monitoring tools • Maintain system performance through monitoring, analysis, performance tuning, and growth planning • Design and run load and stress tests, document outcomes, debug infrastructure issues, and escalate application problems • Maintain internal systems and customer deployment documentation • Partner with project managers, technical consultants, software architects, and developers to validate infrastructure deliverables and document technical hand-offs • Respond to support tickets and incidents according to SLA commitments • Contribute to best practices, operational policies, and procedures • Establish, document, and test disaster recovery procedures and recommend improvements • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Contractors must reside in Brazil • Resume must be submitted in English as a PDF • Read and agree to the Corporate Values Statement • Believe in the company's mission to help people • Advanced to fluent English communication skills • 4+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Experience with Linux and/or Windows systems administration; at least one required • Scripting experience; Bash shell and Python preferred, PowerShell acceptable • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and HTTP protocols • Experience with web accelerators, load balancers, reverse proxies, and CDNs • Ability to solve problems and work in an agile, fast-paced environment • Customer-oriented with good communication skills • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation • Interest in Generative AI technologies • Visa sponsorship is unavailable due to legal limitations
