• Full Cycle Sales Ownership: You are responsible for the entire sales process — from lead generation and qualification through demos & pitches to successful deal closure. • Customer Acquisition & Development: You identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and strategically grow existing accounts. • Consultative Selling: You understand your customers' challenges, analyze their requirements, and develop tailored solutions in the area of tenant electricity (Mieterstrom) & SaaS. • Closing: You manage complex decision-making processes confidently, negotiate at C-level, and bring your deals to a successful close. • Market & Industry Knowledge: You stay informed about trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks and leverage this knowledge for your sales strategy. • Team Impact: You bring best practices to the sales team and help continuously improve our processes and playbooks.
• You have 1–3 years of experience in Full Cycle Sales — ideally in SaaS, EnergyTech, or Enterprise. • You have a proven track record in hunting and closing complex products or solutions. • Initial experience in the energy industry or with Mieterstrom projects is a plus but not required. • You are proficient in consultative selling and can present complex topics clearly and understandably. • You are goal-oriented, work independently, and are motivated to actively shape processes and outcomes. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
