📋 Description

• Join the Integrated Construction Management team • Manage and oversee all stages of construction projects—including foundations, structural work, building systems, HVAC, finishes, and final handover to the client—across Brazil • Monitor and control detailed schedules, deviations, risks, and corrective action plans • Conduct periodic technical inspections and prepare photographic and technical reports • Record nonconformities, physical progress, and outstanding construction items • Manage project documentation, including designs, contracts, progress measurements, meeting minutes, and field records • Control deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring compliance with the contracted scope and project plan • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to ensure approvals and timely decision-making • Apply Lean Construction planning methodologies • Coordinate suppliers and contractors, ensuring integration among all suppliers • Participate in on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers, and contractors • Ensure adherence to sound construction practices, occupational safety requirements, and quality standards in accordance with applicable ABNT and NR standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization • Availability to work outside regular business hours and make occasional site visits • Experience managing construction projects in the retail sector is a plus
