📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end real estate legalization processes with municipal authorities, the Fire Department and other relevant public agencies. • Perform a double check (second technical review) on compliance drawings and legal projects prior to submission, ensuring adherence to current legislation. • Monitor and respond to notices and requirements issued by public bodies within established deadlines. • Act as the technical focal point for the client, presenting process status, risks and timelines clearly and confidently (strong public speaking and presence in meetings). • Provide technical guidance and training to the team, sharing knowledge on urban planning, building legislation and approval processes. • Monitor deadlines for ongoing processes, anticipate risk of delays and propose solutions. • Stay up to date on municipal, state and federal legislation applicable to property regularization. • Prepare technical reports and process-tracking presentations for clients and internal management.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of urban planning legislation, building codes and related standards; • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical clients; • Organized, proactive and resilient profile to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously; • Able to work effectively in a team and share technical knowledge with colleagues.
