📋 Description

• Lead energy performance projects end to end: analysis, scoping, tendering, deployment, and results monitoring • Develop and manage tenders with partners and suppliers • Support the implementation of energy transition projects across METRO France’s entire portfolio • Monitor ISO 50001 certification and contribute to the continuous improvement of the energy management system • Analyze energy consumption and identify optimization opportunities • Define and monitor energy, budget, and financial performance indicators • Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations • Challenge service providers and make recommendations regarding technical, financial, and operational choices • Engage stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress • Participate in the rollout of Building Management Systems (BMS), photovoltaic systems, EV charging stations, and relamping projects • Make occasional visits to METRO France sites

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education degree in Energy Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Energy Transition, or a related field • Several years of successful experience managing energy, energy performance, or energy transition projects • Ability to independently manage complex projects • Strong understanding of energy efficiency and building performance challenges • Knowledge of energy and environmental regulations • Understanding of ISO 50001, photovoltaics, Building Management Systems (BMS), EV charging infrastructure, or energy systems • Ability to analyze and interpret technical and financial data • Ability to work in a multisite environment and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders • Critical thinking and ability to challenge proposals from partners and service providers • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and autonomy • Ability to bring stakeholders together and drive projects forward collectively • Enjoyment of hands-on work and strong team spirit • English proficiency is a plus
