📋 Description
• The ERP & Database Reporting Manager is responsible for NetSuite ERP reporting, database analytics, business intelligence outputs and ongoing ERP development and improvement initiatives. • This role drives continuous optimization of NetSuite functionality, data quality, and reporting capabilities across NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). • Acting as a strategic partner to the cross-functional team, the manager delivers scalable system enhancements and data-driven insights that support business growth and efficiency. • This position bridges technical data systems and business needs, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. • Leads reporting development, data governance, user training & capability, and optimization of ERP and database platforms while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including reporting and system configuration. • Strong experience with NetSuite development concepts (workflows, SuiteFlow, custom records; SuiteScript exposure preferred). • Experience with NSAW or similar analytics/data warehouse platforms. • Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of ERP data structures. • Proven ability to drive ERP improvements and process optimization. • Direct experience leading NetSuite ERP enhancement roadmaps. • Experience with SuiteScript 2.x and NetSuite integrations (SuiteTalk, REST, middleware). • Experience with Oracle Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau. • Prior people-management or technical lead experience. • NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteAnalytics, ERP Consultant).
