📋 Description

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region. • Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities. • Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport. • Develop strong relationship with manufacturers of modular buildings, as well as sub-contractors for transportation, installation and service. • Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries and offer solutions to meet customer needs. • Follow established processes in sales and implementation of the project. • Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the project life. • Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on customer quotes, specifications and special requests; meet minimum entry requirements daily. • Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• ____ Years of Sales Experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry; results driven. • Prior experience with heavy customer focus or team-based environment. • Effective negotiation and closing skills. • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. • Commitment to excellent customer service. • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal, email and other written formats. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of motivation and a passion for sales. • Proficiency with various computer programs including Microsoft Suite, Internet and other customer databases. • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and sales team while paying attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills. • Demonstrated experience working in a process driven environment. • Demonstrated skills in project and time management. • Effective time management and able to work in a process driven environment. • Confident, assertive, quick-thinking and able to make decisions within established guidelines. • Valid Driver’s License. • In certain states, candidates are required to successfully obtain the HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of their start date.
