📋 Description

• Implement and further develop ManageEngine solutions in the areas of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) for demanding customer environments • Analyze technical requirements and configure and integrate solutions into existing IT infrastructures • Provide technical advice to customers on optimizing user, access-rights, and identity-management processes • Serve as the central point of contact for technical questions • Integrate ManageEngine solutions with third-party systems using scripting and REST APIs • Perform error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as technical adjustments, updates, and enhancements to existing environments • Conduct workshops and training sessions • Support customers throughout the entire process, from requirements analysis and implementation through to production operation

🎯 Requirements

• IT-related training, for example as an IT specialist for systems integration, IT specialist for application development, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience as a systems administrator, in technical consulting, or in a comparable technical role • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows environments, Active Directory, and user and access-rights management • Extensive practical experience with PowerShell scripting, particularly in reading and adapting existing Active Directory scripts • Practical experience integrating IT systems via REST APIs, along with confident use of API documentation and HTTP status codes to analyze and resolve integration errors • Experience in customer projects or providing technical consulting for IT solutions, as well as an interest in topics such as IAM, SIEM, ITOM, or IT security • Very good German and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel occasionally to customer meetings within Germany
