• Associates Degree or equivalent required. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency. • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
