• Drive revenue growth across the assigned South India territory in line with annual sales targets and budget goals. • Develop, manage, and expand Milestone’s channel network, including distributors, resellers, solution partners, and consultants. • Increase share of wallet with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new business partners across the territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key end-user decision makers to support partner-led sales opportunities. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including A&E and consultant relationships. • Support partners through customer meetings, presentations, opportunity development, and solution positioning. • Manage project registration, pricing coordination, quotation support, and commercial follow-up with distributors and reseller partners. • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM throughout the sales cycle. • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in partnership with internal stakeholders. • Participate in customer events, trade shows, sales calls, and other market-facing activities. • Work closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business results. • Travel as needed within the territory and in line with business requirements and budget.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in IT, software, security, or related industry sales. • Proven track record of sales achievement and delivering territory growth. • Strong experience in channel sales, ideally within a two-tier distribution environment. • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong presentation and communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Ability to identify opportunities, create commercial value, and support deals through to closure. • Good planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and documentation discipline. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
