📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget • Ensure projects are governed using a robust delivery framework (Agile, Waterfall) • Manage Senior stakeholders and project teams based in different locations globally (mostly US) • Lead Discovery workshops to finalise transition scope and plan • Oversee timely Recruitment, onboarding and knowledge transfer for the new team in the GCC • Ensure processes transitioned comply with governance, security, and regulatory standards • Ensure the new team is operationally ready (Go Live) to deliver the transitioned scope

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree • 10+ years demonstrated experience of transitioning processes from HQ/Regions to Shared Services • Familiarity with change management frameworks (PROSCI, ADKAR) • Transition Management experience across multiple functions (Tech, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal) is a plus • Strong fundamentals in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Change Management • Demonstrated experience leading projects using Agile / waterfall delivery methodologies • Cross functional GCC setup experience • PMP, Prince 2 certified • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
