• Design, develop, and maintain complex HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations using UKG and IBM Cognos Analytics • Analyze workforce, compensation, turnover, compliance, and operational HR data to identify trends and insights • Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, repeatable reporting solutions • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all reporting outputs • Develop executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and UKG reporting tools • Apply data visualization best practices to present complex information clearly and effectively • Create visual narratives that enable HR Business Partners, HR leadership, and HRIS team members to understand reporting requirements and recommend analytical solutions • Standardize reporting layouts and visualization approaches where appropriate • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to understand reporting needs and analytical questions • Serve as a consultative resource for interpreting HR data and explaining insights to non-technical audiences • Collaborate with HRIS team members to align reporting outputs with system configuration and data structures • Act as a subject-matter expert for advanced UKG reporting and analytics capabilities • Support continuous improvement of HR reporting processes, documentation, and report inventories • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR Reporting
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources • At least 5 years focused on HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS • Demonstrated hands-on experience developing complex reports in UKG • Strong experience using IBM Cognos Analytics for HR reporting • Proven experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resource management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of HR data, metrics, and reporting concepts • Expertise in data visualization and analytical storytelling • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis techniques • Ability to work independently and manage complex reporting deliverables end-to-end • Experience working with global organizations or multi-region workforce data • Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fully remote role based in India • Must be able to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours
