âą Support customers after their purchase âą Ensure a smooth onboarding process and respond to their basic questions âą Maximize customer satisfaction âą Manage the entire onboarding process and verify access âą Monitor customers and identify blockers âą Respond to basic questions and handle simple requests âą Report recurring issues and share suggestions
đŻ Requirements
âą Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication âą Natural ability to simplify and explain concepts âą Proficiency with digital tools, including training platforms, internal messaging systems, and CRMs âą Ability to triage requests, prioritize actions, and effectively guide users/members âą Basic knowledge of no-code or automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or GPT (significant advantage) âą Experience in customer support, onboarding, customer relations, or a similar role is a plus âą Comfortable working in tech environments âą Understanding of online training/e-learning principles âą Ability to re-explain information simply
