📋 Description

• Create high-quality visual assets for real-world use cases for the Tendem project • Design distinctive professional logos and visual identity concepts from brand requirements and creative briefs • Explore multiple logo directions and translate brand ideas into effective visual symbols and systems • Apply branding principles consistently across different assets and formats • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies • Design reusable social media templates, marketing materials, and one-pagers • Use advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition to improve materials • Transform raw data and concepts into polished visual assets for marketing and communication goals • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery • Work across varied visual design tasks as part of the Tendem project • Contribute to Mindrift’s AI technology development platform by applying real-world graphic design expertise

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development • Portfolio examples of original logo concepts and effective visual solutions • Portfolio showcasing social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and one-pagers is highly valued • Exceptional grasp of typography, visual composition, color, and grid systems • Ability to work independently and solve visual challenges • Proven ability to develop original logo concepts and visual identities from exploration through final execution • Strong understanding of brand identity principles, including typography, color, visual language, consistency, and application across formats • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts • Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition • Proven ability to structure information through modern infographics and social media templates • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and Figma • Ability to switch between one-pagers and digital templates across different media • Adaptable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented mindset • Dedication to delivering polished, professional-grade assets • Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage diverse visual tasks simultaneously • CV must include a portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples; applications without one will not be considered • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) or above is required • CV must be submitted in English
