📋 Description

• Develop original graphics, typography, prints, and artwork for apparel • Translate brand concepts and fictional personas into wearable designs • Create campaign and social media visuals aligned with the brand identity • Explore creative concepts, references, trends, and visual directions • Contribute ideas during creative discussions and brainstorming sessions • Maintain a premium, contemporary, and cohesive visual aesthetic • Adapt creative concepts across garments and marketing materials • Stay informed on UK Gen Z culture, fashion, internet trends, and visual language

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, apparel, streetwear, or lifestyle brands • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling • Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail • Strong awareness of UK Gen Z culture, trends, humor, and internet culture • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma • Ability to work independently and develop concepts from broad creative direction • Strong portfolio demonstrating original and compelling work • Passion for fashion, culture, and creative experimentation • Comfortable working in a flexible, collaborative creative environment • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor • Minimum of 8 GB RAM • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions • Functioning webcam • Noise-canceling USB headset • Quiet, dedicated home office space • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes
