📋 Description

• Plan, monitor and govern projects, ensuring management of deliverables, deadlines and dependencies. • Support structuring the product roadmap, identifying and prioritizing new products/features/enhancements, and ensuring implementation and delivery management together with squads and stakeholders. • Conduct studies and analyses to support data-driven decisions and identify opportunities within the product ecosystem. • Lead deep, continuous discovery processes, connecting Data, Engineering and Business areas to solve problems that require high systemic interdependence. • Go well beyond writing user stories: design end-to-end solutions, understanding data flows, architecture and how decisions impact the sales operation at the front line. • Align expectations, manage dependencies and build roadmaps collaboratively with leadership, executives and co-responsible Product Managers. • Prioritize initiatives based on rigorous analytical evidence (facts, data and return on investment), able to say no and make difficult decisions in ambiguous scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, accompanied by a strong analytical foundation and proven experience in digital business environments. • Relevant specializations/certifications in Product Management (e.g., PM3, Tera, Reforge, Product School) or a postgraduate degree in Product Management, Business Management or related areas are a plus.
