📋 Description

• Connect BI and Data areas with international offices • Translate business needs from different countries into structured visual and analytical solutions • Work in direct collaboration with teams of different nationalities • Use technical expertise in data visualization and strong communication skills to identify process optimization opportunities • Standardize metrics and improve the efficiency of commercial operations • Serve as the focal point for international offices on data-related matters • Lead scoping meetings (in English) to map local processes • Understand the user journey and translate complex business needs into technical specifications • Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards and reports in Power BI • Structure report distribution in accordance with the company's governance and security rules • Conduct delivery presentations and training sessions for teams across the globe

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or related fields • Fluent or advanced English (essential for daily meetings and understanding requirements with global teams) • Proven experience as a BI Analyst, with a portfolio demonstrating development of complex dashboards • Advanced Office Suite skills • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL • Previous experience in agribusiness or foreign trade (plus) • Intermediate/advanced Spanish (plus) • Prior experience applying Artificial Intelligence for data analysis (plus)
