📋 Description

• Supporting in delivering efficient services to the team members • Administering recruitment activities, performance management, compensations & benefits • Involved in CSR activities, preparing reports, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor • Ensuring HR operational policies are followed and improved • Assisting in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and general administration • Coordinating work permits, visas, and government requirements • Overseeing payroll preparation and accuracy in attendance records • Monitoring employee attendance and leave records • Implementing corporate policies on compensation and benefits • Maintaining positive relations with employees and resolving grievances • Overseeing staff accommodation and transportation services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields • At least 2-3 years experiences in human resources work, knowledge in HRIS and payroll system would be a plus. • Strong in inter-personal and communication skills. • Proficiency in English and computer literate • Strong in driving results and people management and development.
