📋 Description

• Conduct research and system interviews • Conduct business process diagnostics • Develop ICT solution roadmap • Prepare ICT solution proposals • Lead ICT solution implementation • Manage change related to the ICT solution

🎯 Requirements

• Evaluate technical knowledge in the following areas: • Roadmap • Process mapping • Requirements elicitation • Application lifecycle • Monitoring and control of performance indicators (KPIs) • Agile and predictive project management practices • Create high-quality presentations • Proficiency in MS Office • Negotiation skills • Expected behaviors: • Proactive and solution-oriented • Consistent communication • Incremental delivery • Professionalism
