📋 Description

• Act as a Scrum Master applying agile methodology in collaboration with areas that can benefit from this role. • Proactively analyze and propose improvements to task management processes and practices. • Audit the proper use of our task management tools (Jira), identifying and correcting any deviations from best practices. • Maintain solid knowledge of Scrum, SAFe and Lean. • Scrum Master certification is desirable.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in agile environments • Experience applying agile methodologies across different areas of the business • Experience in continuous improvement of processes and task management • Strong knowledge of: Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Lean • Proficiency with agile management tools, especially Jira (configuration, usage and auditing of best practices) • Proactive in identifying issues and proposing process improvements • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams • Analytical and results-oriented mindset • Ability to influence and promote an agile culture • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) is a plus • Experience with agile transformation at scale is a plus • Practical knowledge of agile governance is a plus
