📋 Description

• Mid-level UX Designer with experience creating intuitive, functional, and user-centered digital experiences. • Proficient in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces using tools such as Figma. • Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, validating solutions through usability testing and data analysis, and contributing to the continuous evolution of digital products. • Able to work independently, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and translate business and user needs into efficient solutions aligned with UX best practices and User-Centered Design.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating intuitive, functional, and user-centered digital experiences • Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including interviews, user testing, and insight gathering • Experience with user journey mapping (User Journey Mapping) • Solid knowledge of Information Architecture • Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and digital interfaces • Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma • Experience validating solutions through usability testing • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify improvements in digital products • Experience identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement of the user experience • Ability to translate business and user needs into efficient solutions • Experience with User-Centered Design practices • Ability to work autonomously and proactively • Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams (design, product, technology, business) • Strong communication skills and the ability to defend design decisions • Analytical thinking and a problem-solving focus
