📋 Description

• Serve as the creative point of contact for clients - fielding design questions, presenting creative direction, and ensuring client satisfaction with design work • Oversee design quality across all conversion and retention pods • Manage and mentor digital designers on your team • Ensure consistency, brand alignment, and CRO best practices across all design work • Design Shopify UI/UX - landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, carts, checkout experiences • Design email and SMS creative for retention campaigns and flows • Collaborate with Senior PMs, Retention Strategists, and Tech Leads to deliver client work • Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and processes • Review and provide feedback on all design work before it ships • Stay current on e-commerce design trends and CRO best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing designers • Strong portfolio showing both web/UI design and email design • Deep expertise in Figma • Expertise in CRO best practices - you design for conversion, not just aesthetics • Understanding of e-commerce UX, especially for Shopify • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo as platforms - you understand their capabilities and constraints • Familiarity with low-code/no-code page builder tools like Replo, Instant, Framer, and Webflow • Baseline understanding of front-end development - you know how to design for developers and follow best practices that make implementation smooth • Comfortable being client-facing for creative conversations • Ability to give clear, constructive feedback that elevates others' work • Ability to balance hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities • Genuine passion for CPG brands and the subscription commerce space • AI-native mindset - you use tools like Claude to enhance your work, not replace your thinking
