📋 Description

• Partner with account teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering needs • Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, platform teams, and AI engineering leaders • Design AI infrastructure architectures using Mirantis k0rdent and open-source ecosystem technologies • Translate customer requirements into scalable Kubernetes-based platform solutions • Develop reference architectures and deployment patterns for AI workloads • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops • Represent Mirantis at conferences, technical events, and industry communities • Create technical content, demos, and solution patterns to accelerate adoption • Lead customer proof-of-concept engagements and prototype deployments of AI workloads and developer platforms • Demonstrate operational workflows for AI infrastructure and MLOps • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams • Provide field insights influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategy • Help build reusable architectures and technical assets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French speaking countries in Europe • Experience supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms • Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes-based systems • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, multi-cluster management, Helm, Operators, CRDs, AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving, inference platforms, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray or similar frameworks, GPU-accelerated workloads, GitOps workflows, infrastructure automation, AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability platforms • Strong consultative mindset and customer empathy • Ability to explain complex systems clearly • Hands-on technical curiosity and experimentation • Passion for open source and emerging infrastructure technologies • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action • French-speaking capability for French-speaking areas of Europe
