📋 Description

• Design, implement, and own our talent attraction strategy in collaboration with business unit leaders • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the recruitment process • Mentor and support the recruitment team, helping them grow professionally while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance • Take the lead on sourcing and hiring for senior-level roles, from strategy to execution • Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, using data to guide better decision-making • Contribute to recruitment and HR projects aligned with broader business goals across our globally distributed team • Perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and talent market dynamics • Fluent English skills (B2+ or higher) • A confident, business-minded communicator who can influence at all levels • A multitasker who can prioritize, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • A supportive leader who knows how to build trust, inspire team spirit, and resolve team needs with empathy • Nice to have: Experience hiring for contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Nuance, etc.)
