📋 Description

• Troubleshoot network connectivity-related issues for external customers • Partner with Network Architects and Engineers to improve data-center network environments • Initiate projects for Network Operations improvements • Partner with internal business units to understand organizational needs and improve operational standards • Review, analyze, and execute network change requests • Execute, document, and develop network automation for repetitive tasks • Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot IP networking components in a mission-critical SaaS datacenter network • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep systems secure, resilient, and future-ready

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with medium-to-large enterprise networks • Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls • Hands-on expertise with F5 or equivalent load balancing • Routing experience with MPLS, OSPF, and BGP • Switching experience with Cisco Nexus 9k/7k/5k/2k • Working knowledge of Cisco IOS; Nexus OS preferred • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Python, including Netmiko, Nornir, and NAPALM • Knowledge of platform operating systems, router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols • Experience with datacenter networking, DC fabric, interoffice routing, and site-to-site VPNs • Strong troubleshooting skills and a data-driven approach to complex network issues • Ability to create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and runbooks • Experience with large datacenter solutions, interoffice routing plans, site-to-site VPNs, firewalls, IPSec, and monitoring is a plus
