• Own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition campaigns on paid social media channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest • Drive paid social’s creative strategy including ideation, brief writing, post-launch performance analysis, and iteration • Collaborate with brand team members including videographers, copywriters, designers to develop creative • Collaborate with produce and grocery category managers to identify creative storytelling opportunities within the Misfits Market product catalog • Perform and communicate performance updates and creative insights • Perform A/B testing to find insights and optimizations • Stay up-to-date on social media marketing, competitor, and grocery industry trends to identify opportunities and optimizations
• 4+ years of experience managing paid social media marketing campaigns • Full mastery of Meta Ads platform, including ad management, reporting, and conversion tracking • Experience with growth / performance marketing objectives including new customer acquisition and/or sales • Experience managing creative development • Strong communication skills, including the ability to express quantitative data & insights clearly and concisely.
