📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic plans to add new partners and achieve sales targets all while promoting our nonprofit mission and values • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure satisfaction • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients throughout the sales and post-sales process • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively • Monitor and report on sales performance, account activity, and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience in the technology, telecommunications, education, libraries, nonprofit, government, or social welfare sectors • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes • Experienced developing and nurturing large partnerships in multi-step sales cycle environment • Analytical and goal-oriented mindset with a keen eye for interpreting data, making data-driven decisions, and exceeding sales targets • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and present complex ideas clearly and persuasively • Passion for the nonprofit sector and a genuine interest in contributing to social impact initiatives • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues and partners • Team commitment that fosters collaboration and readily engages in any area where assistance is required • Eligible Locations: Applicants must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, GA, KY, MD, NY, PA, TX
