• Own and execute the sales strategy for Brazil • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities • Develop new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns and industry events • Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise accounts • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve customer engagement and achieve business objectives through Mitto's solutions • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature • Conduct discovery sessions and understand customer business challenges • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts • Ensure a smooth transition of new customers to Customer Success and Service Delivery • Analyze the Brazilian market and identify new business opportunities • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Presales, Customer Success and regional sales teams
• 3–5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience • Proven experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, cloud communications or enterprise messaging • Demonstrated success opening new enterprise accounts and generating new business • Strong hunter mentality with consistent track record of achieving sales targets • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders • Understanding of enterprise buying processes within Brazil • Experience selling solutions including: SMS, WhatsApp Business, RCS, Voice, Omnichannel communication platforms • Native or fluent Portuguese • Professional English • Plus, fluent Spanish.
