• Strategic development and maintenance of visitor relationships with top decision-makers, key accounts and industry influencers • Identification and outreach to new visitor prospects (e.g. jewelers, online retailers, international top buyers) • New customer acquisition and market development in Germany, Austria, France, the UK and the Benelux region • Development of tailored visitor concepts for strategically relevant groups and key accounts • Further development of the Top Buyer Program and qualification of suitable participants • Participation in industry events and international travel for lead generation • Market monitoring, relationship management, professional presentations of the trade fair concept and tailored proposals
• Completed university degree or commercial training (ideally in business administration/sales) and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in trade fairs/events or luxury goods with proven key account management • Deep industry knowledge of jewelry, watches and gemstones and ideally an existing network of jewelers, retailers and industry influencers • Business-fluent English; additional languages are an advantage • High level of initiative, creativity, innovation and a hands-on mentality • Excellent MS Office and CRM skills • Willingness to travel internationally approx. 30–40% • Strong service and customer orientation, enjoyment of personal communication and international networking • Intercultural sensitivity and experience dealing with C-level executives/buyers; confident appearance in the luxury/lifestyle sector
