📋 Description
• Communicate with customers and accept inquiries via Helpdesk and Teams • Handle requests from members of other teams • Solve tasks independently or escalate them to technical specialists and account managers • Control the implementation process of escalated tasks • Provide quality service to customers • Support Account Managers with deals • Aid customers through team collaboration • Drive internal improvements and supplier relationships
🎯 Requirements
• No previous experience required; professional growth support is provided • English – Upper-Intermediate+ • Willingness to work night and holiday shifts • Availability for a 3/3 schedule with morning (8:00–17:00), evening (14:00–23:00), and night (23:00–8:00) shifts • Stress tolerance • Understanding of SMPP, VoIP, HTTP, IP, and TCP protocols is a plus • Basic understanding of the OSI model is a plus • Basic SQL skills are a plus
