📋 Description
• Mentor & lead your team of General Managers in various locations • Oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily • Be the contact for all business operations within your district • Ensure the growth and development of your teams within the district • Handle the day-to-day operations and execute strategic plans for same-store sales growth
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team • Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader • Enthusiastic, positive, and driven • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Adaptable to new processes and systems
