📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy. • Translate business needs into initiatives, features, and clear deliverables for the team. • Use data, metrics, and analyses to support decisions and identify opportunities. • Communicate and align expectations with stakeholders across different areas and levels. • Work closely with technology, design, data, operations, and business teams. • Track deliveries, remove impediments, and drive continuous product improvement. • Propose improvements, challenge existing approaches, and adapt plans as the context changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles. • Strong data analysis skills and evidence-based decision making. • Strong communication, influence, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience managing backlog, prioritization, roadmaps, and agile methodologies. • Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented. • Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments. • Ability to mobilize teams and stakeholders around common objectives.
