📋 Description

• Support the definition, maintenance and enhancement of the institution's credit policies and standards, ensuring that underwriting criteria align with the company's strategic guidelines, current regulation and the established risk appetite. • Monitor portfolio performance, proposing adjustments that ensure sustainability, risk control and competitiveness in the automotive market. • Assist in drafting, reviewing and updating credit policies, standards and manuals. • Perform analyses of the credit portfolio's performance (delinquency, losses, profitability), providing input for policy adjustments. • Develop, track and report risk and efficiency indicators related to credit policies. • Support the definition and maintenance of credit parameters (credit score, limits, terms, collateral and customer profiles). • Prepare comparative studies and market benchmarking analyses, proposing improvements to underwriting criteria. • Serve as a technical reference for credit analysis and operations teams, advising on the correct application of policies. • Collaborate with risk, central office, marketing, compliance, audit and commercial teams to balance business growth and risk mitigation. • Participate in digitization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives for credit processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in credit, risk or policy definition at financial institutions, preferably in the automotive segment. • Knowledge of credit analysis, risk indicators and regulation of the Brazilian Central Bank. • Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence tools (advanced Excel, SAS, SQL programming, Python, Power BI or similar). • Advanced English.
