📋 Description

• You independently manage the fresh and service counters. • You ensure product availability and that the figures are correct. • Together with your team, you present products attractively. • You advise and serve customers individually, personally, expertly and warmly. • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the refrigerated displays. • You implement careful staff scheduling and support employee development.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh products sector (Fachverkäufer/-in im Frischebereich) or as a trained butcher (Metzger/-in). • Ideally a master butcher qualification (Meisterprüfung) or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier. • Preferably some initial leadership experience in counter service. • Excellent knowledge of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products. • An outgoing, responsible team-player personality.
