• Independently plan and conduct scheduled, special and ad-hoc audits as well as projects at our headquarters and in our HIT stores. • Independently analyze existing business processes through interviews and analytical audit procedures to assess and optimize processes, systems and organizational structures. • Develop effective measures with a sustainable impact on business performance. • Document findings in writing, report, coordinate and present results to all management levels. • Follow up and take responsibility for implementing agreed measures. • Take on special assignments, e.g. in areas such as corporate governance, process optimization and organizational development.
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Information Systems, Business Law or a comparable field of study • Several years of solid professional experience in controlling, management consulting, external audit or internal audit • Knowledge of processes, trends and challenges in retail • Process-oriented thinking, analytical and structured working style • Initiative, quick comprehension, strong communication skills and flexibility • Experience with SAP and a basic understanding of database systems • Interest in data analysis • Experience in project management and knowledge of various project management methodologies • Ideally practical experience or interest in topics such as AI, compliance or process mining.
