📋 Description

• Independent planning and execution of scheduled, special and ad-hoc audits as well as projects at our headquarters and in our HIT markets. • Independently analyze existing business processes through interviews and analytical audit procedures to evaluate and optimize processes, systems and organizational structures. • Develop effective measures with a sustainable impact on company performance. • Document, report, align and present findings in writing to all hierarchical levels. • Follow-up and take responsibility for implementing agreed measures. • Take on special tasks, e.g. in the areas of corporate governance, process optimization and organizational development.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, business law or a comparable qualification. • You bring several years of solid professional experience in controlling, management consulting, auditing or internal audit and have knowledge of processes, trends and challenges in retail. • You are characterized by process-oriented thinking, an analytical, structured and results-oriented way of working as well as initiative, quick comprehension, strong communication skills and flexibility. • You have experience with SAP, possess a basic understanding of database systems and have an interest in data analysis. • You know the practical challenges of project management and can draw on knowledge of various project management methods. • Ideally, you have practical experience or interest in topics such as AI, compliance or process mining.
