• Serve as project lead for system initiatives, automation programs, and integrations • Work cross-functionally to identify operational gaps and build solutions that improve efficiency • Administer and support core GTM tooling and system workflows • Maintain dashboards and operational reporting for leadership • Triage system issues, bugs, and operational troubleshooting • Build proficiency across Salesforce and other systems to expand backend coverage and support ongoing system improvements
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, revenue operations, or a related operational role • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and reporting • A curiosity for how systems work and a willingness to learn new platforms • A structured, organized approach to managing projects and operational tasks • The ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions • Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams • A strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Matik a bonus but not required
