📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages • Assist customers in navigating the music streaming platform • Troubleshoot technical issues • Ensure customers have the best possible listening experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese and English • Technical troubleshooting skills • Experience with inbound messaging • Capable of handling multiple simultaneous chats • Must have a dedicated laptop or desktop PC • At least 8 GB of RAM

🏖️ Benefits

• Daily, 9 AM - 10 PM production hours • 40 hours per week required for orientation
