📋 Description
• Engage with users on social media for specific locations marketed as attractive holiday destinations • Inform, engage, and inspire potential visitors through email, community forums, and social media • Conduct proactive engagement across social media channels • Research and source relevant answers to questions in a timely manner • Handle sensitive situations with care • Work scheduled mornings Monday–Thursday and afternoons Monday–Tuesday, within GMT timezone needs • Install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on the device and mobile phone
🎯 Requirements
• French/English bilingual; French as the primary language • Travel experience • Excellent writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation, in English and French • Ability to communicate tone creatively on social media • Empathetic approach to handling sensitive situations • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram • Experience with proactive engagement across social media channels • Professional community and forum experience • Ability to research and source relevant answers quickly • Geographical knowledge of Ireland and places of interest on the island is a bonus • Experience with social media tools such as Conversocial is a bonus • Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra shifts at short notice are a plus • Experience exploring the island of Ireland is a plus • Dedicated laptop or desktop • Minimum 8 GB RAM • Reliable internet connection • Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication on the device and mobile phone
