📋 Description

• Transform data into strategic information to support decision-making • Model, process, analyze, and visualize data using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools • Ensure information reliability, develop KPIs, and generate insights to drive business results • Review and formalize the methodology for calculating availability KPIs across five monitoring technologies, including documented calculation records • Map the current process (AS IS), including sources, flows, owners, and failure points, and design the future-state model (TO BE) • Design the centralized data architecture, including a state-event-oriented model, processing layers, version control, and freeze/reprocessing policies • Standardize the visualization layer in Power BI by unifying the semantic model, filters, and navigation between dashboards • Define data governance, including KPI ownership, change-approval authority, RACI, and quality rules • Support the implementation of the improvement roadmap under client management
