📋 Description

• Map and organize data generated by ORC’s systems • Build dashboards and analyses for different departments • Analyze the funnel, audience profiles, behavior, and conversion by channel • Improve the quality, organization, and use of the CRM • Structure lead-source tracking and attribution • Create integrations between the CRM, WhatsApp, forms, and partners • Develop automations and prototypes using no-code and low-code tools • Support Marketing, Sales, and Operations decisions with reliable data • Implement and evaluate AI applications, agents, and AI SDRs • Document processes and translate business needs into clear technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with business-focused data analysis and knowledge of SQL • Proficiency in dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, or a similar tool • Experience with CRMs, funnels, integrations, and automations • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON • Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, or an equivalent platform • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or JavaScript • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools • Professional English proficiency (a plus)
