📋 Description

• Overview of vehicles and the service area to ensure high vehicle availability • Staffing the driver hotline and handling employee inquiries • First point of contact for questions about digital products, vehicles and charging infrastructure • Support with small projects

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in customer support, a call center, telephony or comparable areas • Enjoyment of telephone work and handling emails • Ability to stay calm in hectic situations • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for competent, versatile problem solving • Precise and accurate working style • Experience working with PCs • Good German skills, both spoken and written • Willingness to work in shift patterns: Mon–Sun, including early, late and night shifts as well as public holidays
