• You monitor our vehicles and service area from our operations control center to ensure high vehicle availability • You staff the driver hotline and handle our employees’ issues or forward requests to the appropriate contacts • You are the first point of contact for drivers regarding our digital product as well as vehicles and charging infrastructure • You support exciting small projects
