📋 Description

• Test case development: Create detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications; • Test execution: Perform manual and automated testing, including regression, performance, and end-to-end integration tests with other systems; • Defect management: Identify, document, and report defects to the development team, and re-test after fixes are implemented; • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure quality standards are met; • UAT support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing to validate that the solution meets business requirements from the end-user perspective; • Process improvement: Contribute to improving the overall quality of Salesforce solutions and related processes; • Data verification: Verify data integrity during migration and integration processes; • Other routine tasks within the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, with solid knowledge of testing principles in Salesforce; • Understanding of the architecture, data model, and security model of Salesforce Sales and Service; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable; • Required: Bachelor's degree in an exact sciences field, or a bachelor's degree in any field combined with a postgraduate course (specialization, master's, or doctoral coursework) of 360 hours in Information Technology; • Desirable: Salesforce Administrator certification; • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification; • Language: Advanced conversational English (There will be an interview stage in this language).
