📋 Description

• Develop Salesforce solutions using programmatic resources such as Apex and LWC; • Design and implement test classes for triggers, Apex classes and LWC controllers; • Design and implement standard automations, such as Flows, following Salesforce best practices; • Perform unit testing of newly implemented solutions; • Ensure scalability, security and performance of Salesforce applications; • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce; • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives; • Other routine tasks within the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model and security model for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; • Understanding of Salesforce standard automation solutions using Flows; • Required: Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients; • Required: Hold the following certifications (for Senior profile, at least two of these are required; for Mid-level and Junior profiles, one is required): • Salesforce App Builder • Salesforce Platform Developer I • Salesforce Platform Developer II • Required: Bachelor's degree in an exact sciences field OR a bachelor's degree in any field plus a postgraduate course (specialization, master's or doctorate) of 360 hours in Information Technology; • Desired: Experience working in an agile environment.
