📋 Description

• Provide maintenance and support for Core Banking applications in a Micro Focus Gravity environment. • Monitor and ensure the availability of business-critical applications. • Perform troubleshooting and incident analysis in production environments. • Read and analyze COBOL programs to identify and resolve issues. • Execute and monitor batch jobs using JCL and Control-M. • Administer and monitor integrations via MQ Series. • Work in Linux environments, performing diagnostics and advanced support. • Use observability and monitoring tools to analyze performance and availability. • Participate in resolving critical incidents and operational support activities. • Support service management processes following ITIL best practices. • Interact with technology and business teams to ensure Core Banking system stability. • Log, document, and track incidents and requests using ServiceNow. • Contribute to continuous improvements in operations and support processes. • Perform other related duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in maintenance and support of critical applications. • Knowledge of Micro Focus Gravity environment. • Experience analyzing and reading COBOL code. • Knowledge of JCL. • Advanced Linux administration and support skills. • Experience scheduling and monitoring jobs using Control-M. • Knowledge of MQ Series. • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus. • Hands-on experience troubleshooting production environments. • Knowledge of ITIL processes. • Experience with ServiceNow. • Experience working in high-criticality, high-availability corporate environments.
