• Manage commercial activities for assigned commercial accounts • Identify growth opportunities and lead solution development • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders • Translate customer needs into actionable commercial strategies • Coordinate internal resources to deliver differentiated offerings • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data • Monitor account performance and drive profitability • Contribute to business reviews and strategic planning • Partner with Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams • Share customer insights to inform product and service improvements • Support cross-functional initiatives and knowledge sharing • Represent sales in internal forums and customer engagements • Contribute to segment-level strategy and capability development
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field • 10+ years of experience in the Beauty & Personal Care market segment • Proven strategic account management experience • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Language capability: Native Portuguese; and professional English • Travel up to 50% in LAM and based in Brazil
