• Collaborate with buyer and sales team to develop best-in-class category growth strategies • Leverage customer specific data sources to understand shopper dynamics • Develop actionable recommendations and plans to accelerate growth of the Bars, Candy, and Cough categories • Develop best-in-class merchandising solutions via planogram execution • Build, manage and enhance reporting dashboards
• Bachelor’s degree is required • 5 to 10 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry in category management or related fields • Required technical expertise with advanced software skills relevant to shopper research and category management functions (including NielsenIQ, IRI/Circana, Spectra, Numerator panel data, retailer data systems) • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • ability to travel (less than 25%)
