📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy and execution for CPS sub-categories • Develop and implement category strategies that align with business goals • Build strategic supplier relationships and manage performance • Drive commercial excellence through structured negotiations and contract optimization • Proactively assess risks and opportunities across the supply base • Partner with global and regional stakeholders for effective decision-making
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of strategic sourcing experience • Procurement experience across different markets • Demonstrating a future-focused mindset • Strategic sourcing and risk management skills • Strong commercial acumen • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations • High organizational agility and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field • Experience in CPG companies and/or professional services firms
