📋 Description

• Convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution • Provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers • Maintain operational consistency and uphold brand standards • Execute daily coverage and complete store visits • Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance • Follow assigned schedules and execute daily priorities • Assist with seasonal transitions and support new product launches • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel • Reinforce foundational skills and assist onboarding of new team members • Embrace the physical nature of the role and follow safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred • 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team • Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
